We are very pleased to welcome you on our website!
Together we are Azul, a singer/songwriter duo currently based in the Netherlands.
We met each other on the island of Bonaire and soon after we began singing together. Within a short period of time, we performed on stage weekly in different locations first on Bonaire and later in Spain, and alongside we stayed dedicated to writing many new songs.
Our musical style can be best described as Latin-pop. Most of our written songs are highly influenced by South-American music due to the musical and cultural background of Oscar. This together with influences from the English pop music brought in by Willemijn, a wide variety of purely self-composed songs was born.
